Topping the list to visit is Yoshihiro Narisawa (NARISAWA) Japan who took out the Sustainable Restaurant Award and Best Restaurant in Asia with a ranking of no. 20 whilst Ben Shewry of Attica stormed into the prestigious list with the highest New Entry Award along with Best Restaurant in Australasia making his debut at no. 21.

Other visiting chefs on there way to Noosa to make the prestigious top 50 list include Mauro Colagreco, Mirazur in France (28), David Thompson of Nahm in Thailand (32), Andre Chiang of Restaurant ANDRE in Singapore (38) and Sydney’s Peter Gilmore at Quay Restaurant placing at no.48.

Holding a spot in the top 100 list are David Kinch, Manresa in the US (52), Tetsuya Wakuda, Waku Ghin in Singapore (68) and Carlo Cracco, Ristorante Cracco in Italy (83).
